You need to download and fill out this mandatory medical questionnaire, which will assess if you meet the minimum physical requirements to safely participate in this sport. Bring the filled questionnaire to Sandals with you and visit us at the watersports office to reserve your spot on the next class.
The medical questionnaire m ust be completely filled, and if necessary signed off by a physician, prior to arrival at the resort.
You'll also need to fill out the certified diver liability release form prior to starting the resort programme.

After enrolling, PADI's eLearning system presents you with interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading. The DAN Emergency Oxygen for Scuba Diving Injuries course is designed to train and educate interested individuals in the techniques of administering emergency oxygen for a suspected diving injury.
